How to register as a Coach/Consultant
1Create Your Account
Visit helpin.ge/signup and provide:
- First name & Last name
- Email address
- Password
- Account type: Select “Coach/Mentor”
💡 Tip: You can also sign up instantly using your Gmail account for faster access.2Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification link. Click it to confirm your email address. Once verified, you’ll be automatically redirected to your dashboard.
3Explore Your Dashboard
You’ll find the navigation menu on the left side containing all profile sections.
4Complete Personal Details
💰 Set Your Hourly Fee
This is what clients will pay to book sessions with you. This amount will be visible on your public profile.
Meeting Location Options:
- Online: Virtual sessions via Google Meet
- Offline – User’s Location: You travel to the client
- Offline – Coach’s Location: Client comes to your office
Choose meeting locations: Online or Offline with two options: Users location and Coaches location
Brief Introduction
Copy and paste your CV/Resume highlights here. Showcase your professional achievements and expertise.
5Update Contact Details
Add or update your contact information so clients can reach you if needed.
6Add Education History
List your academic qualifications and certifications to build credibility with potential clients.
7Select Areas of Expertise
Choose categories that best describe your coaching specialties. This helps clients find you when searching for specific services.
8Configure Your Calendar ⭐
This is the most important step! Set your availability so clients can book sessions.📅 Available Service Days
Select which days of the week you’re available
📝 Slot Title
Name your session (e.g., “Resume Review”)
⏰ Time Range
Set start and end times
☕ Break Time
Add optional breaks between sessions
⚠️ Session Duration & Pricing Logic
- If your hourly rate is 100 GEL and you set 30-minute sessions → Client pays 50 GEL (auto-calculated)
- If you set 1-hour sessions from 9 AM to 3 PM → System auto-generates 6 slots
- System automatically calculates pricing based on your hourly rate
👥 Appointment Spaces
- 1 space: One-on-one session (individual client)
- 2+ spaces: Group session (multiple participants)
Click “Generate Time Slots” to automatically create your schedule.
9Upload Media Gallery
Upload certificates, diplomas, or any supporting documents that validate your expertise. This builds trust with potential clients.
10Connect Google Meet
To enable automated online meeting scheduling, connect your Google account:
- Click the Google Meet settings section
- Follow the authorization flow to link your account
- Click “Update Calendar” to finalize
✅ Result: Once connected, the system will automatically generate Google Meet links for every booked session.
11Identity Verification
Complete the verification process to get the trusted badge on your profile:
- Upload a clear photo of yourself
- Or provide identification documents
🎉 Once verified, your profile will be live and visible to potential clients!
