💰 Set Your Hourly Fee
This is what clients will pay to book sessions with you. This amount will be visible on your public profile.
Meeting Location Options:
- Online: Virtual sessions via Google Meet
- Offline – User’s Location: You travel to the client
- Offline – Coach’s Location: Client comes to your office
Choose meeting locations: Online or Offline with two options: Users location and Coaches location

⚠️ Session Duration & Pricing Logic
- If your hourly rate is 100 GEL and you set 30-minute sessions → Client pays 50 GEL (auto-calculated)
- If you set 1-hour sessions from 9 AM to 3 PM → System auto-generates 6 slots
- System automatically calculates pricing based on your hourly rate
👥 Appointment Spaces
- 1 space: One-on-one session (individual client)
- 2+ spaces: Group session (multiple participants)
Click “Generate Time Slots” to automatically create your schedule.
Upload Media Gallery
Upload certificates, diplomas, or any supporting documents that validate your expertise. This builds trust with potential clients.
Connect Google Meet
To enable automated online meeting scheduling, connect your Google account:
- Click the Google Meet settings section
- Follow the authorization flow to link your account
- Click “Update Calendar” to finalize
Identity Verification
Complete the verification process to get the trusted badge on your profile:
- Upload a clear photo of yourself
- Or provide identification documents
