  1. Data is stored while you have an active Helpin account. Upon cancellation, all personal data is deleted except what is needed for disputes (if any), fraud prevention, or financial accounting.
  2. Financial data retained for 3 years.
  3. In cases of fraud, misinformation, or criminal risk – retained for 10 years.
  4. Payment-related data not deleted until transaction confirmation.
  5. Communications/negotiations stored in user history; may be used anonymously for service improvement or research.
  6. You may request deletion; afterward, you cannot use the same account for services.
  7. Deletion requests processed within 1 month (or contact if issues).
  8. Data access requests fulfilled within 1 month.

Data Security
Helpin takes all reasonable measures to protect personal data and ensure it is not transferred to organizations/countries not meeting security standards. Our systems use high security standards. While we strive to protect your data, no internet transmission/storage method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should also take precautions: do not disclose username/password, update passwords regularly, avoid storing passwords on devices.

Service Providers
We may engage third parties/companies to facilitate/improve services, perform tasks on our behalf, or analyze usage. Such parties have access only for those purposes and are obligated not to use data otherwise.

Google Analytics

Google API Integration and Data Usage
Helpin uses Google OAuth and Google Calendar APIs to streamline booking for coaches/psychologists/experts:

  • Availability Sync: Reads your Google Calendar “busy” slots to prevent double-booking.
  • Event Creation: Automatically creates a Google Calendar event and generates a Google Meet link upon booking.
  • Limited Access: Only accesses calendars you authorize; we do not read/store contents of unrelated private appointments.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Helpin’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements (including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising), and we do not share this data with third parties except as necessary to provide the scheduling/booking features you have requested or as permitted under the policy (e.g., for security, legal compliance).

Use of data is strictly limited to providing or improving prominent user-facing features in our application (such as scheduling availability and session creation). We comply with restrictions on human access, transfers, and prohibited uses (no selling, no use for ads, credit assessment, etc.).

Our site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or assume responsibility for their content, services, privacy practices, or policies. Review their privacy policies when visiting.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website, and we may notify you via email or other means. We will update the effective date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Review periodically.

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties will first attempt mediation. If no consensus, the dispute shall be resolved by Tbilisi City Court.
