1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using services on the platform, users confirm they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the agreement.

2. Description of Service

Helpin.ge operates as a digital marketplace platform connecting professional coaches, psychologists, and other experts with individuals seeking their services.

The platform acts as a facilitator only, providing tools for scheduling, communication, and payment processing. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice — all consultations remain the sole responsibility of the service providers.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other reasons at its discretion.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Google Calendar & Meet)

Providers who connect Google Calendar authorize the platform to view availability and create calendar events with Google Meet links. The platform adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements. The platform is not responsible for third-party service failures.

5. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to post illegal, offensive, or harassing content; fraudulently impersonate others; circumvent payment systems; or upload malicious code.

6. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of posted content but grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content.

7. Fees, Payments, Refunds, and Reversals

The platform charges a service fee displayed before booking confirmation. Cancellation policies are set by individual providers. The platform may initiate refunds for fraudulent activity, service discrepancies, conduct violations, technical failures, or government requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." It disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect damages. The platform is not responsible for provider conduct or service quality.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and designs are platform property and cannot be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Georgian law. Disputes are addressed through mediation, with jurisdiction in Tbilisi courts if mediation fails.

11. Changes to Terms

The platform may modify these terms at any time, notifying users via email or platform notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
